You may ask us to delete identifiable information that you submitted through:

• calculator-result forms;

• retained AI or chat interactions; and
• other identifiable interactions with this website.

How to submit your request

Provide only enough information to help us find the relevant record, such as your name, phone number, email address if you used one, and the approximate date or type of interaction.

Verification and processing

We may reasonably verify that the requester is connected to the information before acting. This helps prevent another person from deleting your records without permission.

After a valid request is identified and verified, applicable stored information may be deleted or anonymised. We will process valid requests within a reasonable period and may contact you if limited additional information is needed.

Third-party services may retain information independently under their own policies. Depending on how you contacted or used the website, you may also need to contact Meta, WhatsApp, Google or your email provider directly. We cannot delete information held solely in an account controlled by another provider.
