Information you provide

Forms and services may collect your name, contact details, city, age, gender, height, weight, wellness goals, dietary preferences, messages, and other information you voluntarily enter.

Please do not submit medical records, emergency information, or unrequested sensitive information.

Website, calculators and AI

Optional Google Analytics 4, first-party visitor statistics, and marketing attribution may be used only when you choose to allow the relevant option in Privacy Choices. Before a choice, and after rejection, optional tracking remains off.

Marketing attribution may remember non-personal campaign or referral information, including UTMs and supported Google advertising click identifiers, for up to 30 days. Calculator results are general wellness estimates; when a result form is used, we may separately store the contact details, calculator type, inputs, and result that you voluntarily submit so we can respond. AI messages pass through our website and private assistant service. Google Gemini may process relevant messages when an AI fallback is configured and needed. Do not use AI chat for emergencies or confidential medical records.

How we use information

• Respond to messages and consultation requests.
• Provide requested resources and calculator results.
• Operate, secure, and improve the website.
• Measure website and campaign performance only where an approved measurement feature is enabled.
• Meet applicable legal obligations.

Services, retention and your choices

Information may be processed through our hosting provider, database, email service, WhatsApp, Google Analytics 4, and Google Gemini where applicable. Privacy Choices lets you accept, reject, or separately manage Analytics and Marketing Attribution. Rejecting optional tracking does not prevent normal website, form, calculator, WhatsApp, or phone use. You can change or withdraw optional preferences later through the Privacy Choices link in the website footer. Submitted business information is handled separately from optional analytics tracking. We retain information only as reasonably necessary. To request access, correction, deletion, or withdrawal of future contact, email uzmihealthcoach@gmail.com or message +91 70914 87606.

Security and updates

We use reasonable validation, rate limits, access controls, secure administration cookies, and other safeguards. No online system can guarantee absolute security. Policy updates will be shown by the date above.

वैकल्पिक Google Analytics 4, first-party visitor statistics और marketing attribution केवल तभी उपयोग किए जा सकते हैं जब आप Privacy Choices में संबंधित विकल्प को अनुमति दें। चुनाव से पहले और Reject करने के बाद optional tracking बंद रहता है।
